I’ve been learning recently how much routine roof care actually makes a difference, especially for houses close to the coast. Stuff like seasonal inspections along with catching minor issues early on seem to make a big difference in avoiding costly repairs later on. I always thought roofs were more of a set it and forget it thing, but weather and age definitely takes a toll as time goes on. Curious to hear how often people here get roof inspections and what which signs they usually watch for.
